The very FIRST introduction to Micah Jay was reserved for his big bros! Here's Wy guy proudly walking into room 303 and rubbing some sanitizer on his hands so he could hold his new brother. He was SO excited to meet Micah!
Mimi and Poppy are staying at our house with Wyatt and Isaac while we're in the hospital. I guess Mimi had suggested getting a balloon for Micah while she and Wyatt were having breakfast this morning. So when Mimi and Wy guy walking into the hospital, he would not let her forget to stop at the gift shop so he could pick out a balloon for Micah AND flowers for Mommy. Love his sweet heart!
First greeting! It was so precious. Wyatt was beyond excited when he saw Micah in Daddy's arms. I'm so sad Isaac is not in these pictures but he has been running a temp the past couple of days so we figured we had better play it safe and save his introduction for another day. :( 
Wyatt got very serious and really studied the new baby in his arms. It will always be one of my fondest memories in life, for sure!
Micah gave Wyatt a Happy Birthday chocolate covered sucker! Every time Wyatt would look at his lil bro the rest of the day he'd say, "Thank you, Micah, for my sucker. That was really nice of you!" So cute.
Mimi and Poppy were next in line to meet their new grandbaby... Micah is grandson #4 and grandbaby #5 on my side of the family!
Cousins Ashtyn and Daxton were not far behind in making their way to the hospital to meet their new cousin. Wyatt was thrilled to get to share the experience and introduce them to Micah! They brought us another balloon and a really fun bucket full of treats and goodies to nibble on during our hosptial stay!

Uncle Jay and Aunt Gigi drove all the way from Springfiled, MO during their 24 hours off from work together just to meet their newest nephew on his actualy birth day! Aunt Gigi is such a natural with babies! : ) Micah was feeling pretty content in her arms!

Uncle Jay and Aunt Gigi kept us company at the hosptial tonight by staying to watch a movie!!! I was going a little bit stir crazy in the hospital bed at this point so it was great to have a good distraction. When they left, I called the nurse in to unhook all of my wires and tubes so I could get OUT of bed. She thought I was totally crazy but let me do it anyway! : ) Today was an amazing day and we are so grateful to the Lord for this indescribable gift of our new lil man. And we felt so loved by all of our family who came to meet Micah today. Our hearts are full...
