March 14th, 2008 will be a day that is etched in our minds forever... Wyatt Joseph McCulley made his grand entrance into the world! Two weeks prior to Wyatt's due date, we found out that the little rascal was breach. Therefore, we opted to schedule a cesarean and make Wyatt's due date his birth date! We arrived to the hospital bright and early that Friday morning to prepare (can you ever be prepared?!) for delivery. It was a very surreal experience... We entered the OR at around 7:30am and by 8:08am we had become parents! Our lives had been permanently changed and we couldn't have been anymore blessed! It was a perfect day in so many ways... the sun was shining bright, the weather was warm, and the Lord granted us with a healthy and handsome baby boy!

This was a beautiful plaque on the hospital wall with a verse (Psalm 139:13-14) that had given me so much peace during my pregnancy... It was a constant reminder that God was (and still is) in control!
