A Week of Celebration!

I think each birthday is such a special opportunity to celebrate the life we've been given, so we made it a full week of fun in honor of WYATT...
Wy guy started off his birthday celebration with a cupcake party as school last Wednesday. We had fun baking and sprinkling his treats to take in to share with his friends. Then on Saturday, buddy Asher came in to town and we spent the day together and made a trip to Kaliedoscope! On Sunday, we visited the T-Rex Dino Restaurant for dinner! This is one of Wy's favorite places on earth. We stop in anytime we're at the Legends just to look around but this time he got the full experience of dining in!

Wyatt requested I take pictures of almost every dino in the restaurant. I figured 2 would be enough for you to get the idea...

Wy guy was a little perplexed by all of the unknown strangers singing Happy Birthday to him at the table.... But he sure loved the sweet treats they brought along with the birthday chorus! On Monday (3/14), Wy's actually birthday, we surprised him with one gift... an easel! It was almost impossible to get this little Van Gogh out the door once he began his masterpiece... I was finally able to convince Wyatt to take a ride to visit Mimi and Poppy at the Leaping Lizard where he enjoyed 3 hours of jumping fun! He then picked Panera for lunch. He loves their mac-n-cheese!
He received a couple of fun packages in the mail, including a coloring card from Grandma and Papa...
along with a Mickey Mouse T-shirt straight from Disney World (Thanks Ashtyn and Daxton)!
We finished the day by making and eating some ice cream cone cupcakes together!
Saturday was the BIG CARNIVAL CELEBRATION!!!! Here's our lil man putting on his circus attire waiting for all of his guests to arrive...
Is this not the cutest clown you've ever seen?
Time for candles and birthday cake!
Looking a little introspective...
Wyatt must have eaten too many hot dogs, nachos and popcorn because he didn't even touch his cake (til later, of course!)
But Isaac sure enjoyed his share!
And forced some into cousin Alexa's mouth as well! Hope she was hungry!
Wyatt had lots of helpers opening gifts with him and trying out all of the new toys!
It was a great day and I hope it etched a fun memory into Wyatt's mind! We love you little man and are so thankful for your life!!!!!!
