Jojo turned 31 today! I keep reminding him that when we finish our time in DC he'll be nearly 40. Is this possible??? I'm glad he's got a couple of years on me so he can hit all of the milestones first! Joe had to work today which put a damper on our plans for the beach...But it was also cool and rainy so I guess the beach was not meant to be on the birthday agenda this year.
