Football Stories!

Note that when Wyatt says, "This guy..." he's referring to his Uncle Jay! Jay, you've got yourself one very big FAN! : )

Sugarloaf Mountain!

From the top of our street, we have the most amazing view of Sugarloaf Mountain (and 2 church steeples!). Today we decided to take a scenic drive (we're not much equipped for hiking these days) up to the top of the mountain! It was so BEAUTIFUL...

Daddy and Wyatt looking out over the mountain top... and getting a little too close to the edge of the cliff, if you ask me ; )

Wyatt trying hard to give me a "cheese"

I'm not real sure what 'setting' this is on my camera (some 2-year-old little fingers were pressing buttons on Mommy's camera) but I actually think this photo turned out pretty cool!

Wyatt spotted a LIZARD...

and scared him back into his hole...

So Wyatt sat very patiently waiting and waiting and waiting for the lizard to come back out but the stubborn lizard never obliged to Wyatt's request........ So on the ride home we heard, "Lizard go?" over and over again!

All ready for a snack!

P.S. I promise to post more pics of our Ike man once he's able to sit on his own! :)

Isaac is 5-Months-Old Already!

Isaac is really in a discovery phase right now... It's so cute to see him look at his hands and start to realize that they are attached to his body!

Isaac's biggest milestone this month was learning to SIT completely unsupported!!! Don't worry, Mommy is always very close by to catch Ike when he decides to turn his head and totally lose his balance, but he's able to stay in position for several seconds before toppling over! And he's so PROUD of himself, if you can't tell! : )
Look at these chunky monkey legs! Isaac now sits with us during meals, per his brother's request! : ) No solids yet, but he's gettig acquainted with the high chair. Wyatt and Isaac have there own little games these days... There's one ball that Ike is actually able to squeeze and 'throw' and Wyatt thinks it's hysterical to play 'catch' with him over and over and over!
Ikey loves playtime! He sure gets his arms and legs a movin'... I'm not too eager for him to crawl, but he's certainly got the motion down already. : /
Ike feels like such a big boy in his bumbo seat.
He's still a little wobbly, but he's starting to enjoy time in the jumper!
Wyatt makes sure to show his lil bro how everything works...
There is nobody who can make Isaac smile like his big brother! I LOVE to watch them interact and play. They have so much fun together....

Fun Facts About Our 5-Month-Old:
ISAAC...
  • is now able to SIT UNSUPPORTED! He only stays in position for a few seconds but he's very proud of his accomplishment
  • is such a roly poly... Watch out! He can move with log rolls all over the floor
  • is so PLAYFUL and loves to LAUGH
  • is such a SLEEPER. He often doesn't wake up until 9am, which only leaves us about a 3-hour window to go out before coming home for naptime again!
  • has this high pitch SQUEAL that he makes when he's excited!!
  • just goes with the flow of life and enjoys it to the fullest! :) I've got a lot to learn from my little buddy...

Wyatt Jophes Culley!

I LOVE to hear Wyatt pronounce his whole name...

Memorial Weekend

Woo Hoo! The pool is finally open. Saturday was the grand opening pool party. Wyatt had a blast! He wasn't so sure about the crazy clown but was not the least bit afraid of the water! Ugh! Wy guy wanted to be in the deep end without any assistance playing basketball with the big guys. Thank goodness for his Buzz Lightyear water wings that came to the rescue! : )

Isaac in his usual position... sound asleep through all the festivities! Wyatt insisted that brother wear his swim trunks too. : )
My BOYS in their red, white, and blue!
Little side note: Wyatt now calls his brother Ikey Owen and refers to himself as Wyatt Jophes Culley.
Have you EVER seen a 2-year-old take a LLAMA for a walk? We spent the day with our MD family at the 'petting zoo' (ie their home!)...One of Wyatt's FAVORITE places on earth! ; ) This was one of the funnier things I have ever seen. Wyatt took control of those reigns and had that llama walking all over the yard (and the neighbors' yard!) Llamas favorite treats are weeds, so they roam the neighborhood cleaning out the flowerbeds!
Wyatt loves this particular horse, Iko (hence the name sounds like his brother's name!) but he wasn't so sure about him being quite this close!

Taking a spin on the Bobcat! Playing some tunes with cousin Emma.
Snoozing again!

My favorite fellas!

I am one very lucky lady to be surrounded by the 3 most charming, blue-eyed, blond haired fellas!!! ; )

My little fisherman. Wyatt caught 3 fish!

One of our favorite daily adventures is to head across the street to feed the ducks some bread. It was so cute today because the mommy goose came with all of her baby geese for their daily treat! They used to squawk at Wyatt but now they know what's coming whenever he arrives...

Wy guy is always my little helper... He set the table for us before dinner!

Wyatt LOVES movie night. We've been going to the library and checking out new movies!

Little slugger.
This is Isaac stretching his neck all the way around to get a glimpse of American Idol!
My baby boy is getting so BIG! He's trying hard to SIT and getting very strong ab muscles in the meantime!
Precious...

Wyatt getting ready for his first fishing adventure with his own pole! He never wants to leave Isaac out of any experience. Wyatt is the best big brother and Isaac is the best little brother. I guess the Lord knew exactly what he was doing in giving them their roles...
