Back to KS...

We drove from back from IA to KC on Tues for the remainder of our trip. On Wednesday, Uncle Jay and Aunt Gigi drove from Springfield, MO, along with Uncle Joel, Aunt Jen, and cousin Ellie from Manhattan, to spend the day with us. It was a full day but we fit in a lot of fun memories into our few short hours together!!!!

We spent the first part of the day and Deanna Rose petting zoo. We almost got the whole gang in this shot... I'm so sad that we didn't include Isaac in this photo! : (

Iowa!!!!

I have SO many picture so I'll have to spilt our trip into 3 posts! This was our first trip home to see the fam since moving to MD. We pretty much took planes, trains, and automobiles on Friday, but eventually got to Iowa at about 10pm. Everyone did GREAT on the plane ride but Isaac wanted nothing to do with being stuck in a car seat. So our 4.5 hour road trip from KC to IA turned into about a 7 hour drive! It made for one very memorable experience! : ) But once we made it, we had a blast...

Grandma and Papa got Wyatt a stomp rocket which was a huge hit!!!! : )
One of the highlights of our trip was meeting Uncle John and Aunt Sandy... They might just be some of the sweetest people we've ever met! It was a great day so we spent lots of time outdoors playing...

We made a trip over to Aunt Leanne and Uncle Emery's where Wyatt got to ride a go cart...

We also made our second annual trip to Tulip Time in Pella, IA!

We loved our time together and were sad to see the time draw to an end....

A Day Out With Thomas!

Wy guy was so excited to meet Sir Thopam Hatt, but got a little nervous when he was actually up close and personal. Wyatt still talks real big and tells us stories about how they met and that he gave Thopam 'five' (maybe next year)!!!!

One of my big "mommy-goals" is to NOT COMPARE my boys! I want to let my Wyatt be Wyatt and my Isaac be Isaac, so I promise you won't see many of these kinds of posts... Hold me to it! But how could I resist this one? Do Wyatt and Isaac's 3-mo photos look similar, or what?

3-Months-Old!

Our little charmer is 3-Months-Old!

Isaac is so much fun and such a delight to have around...

Yep, he's found his THUMB! It's just too darn cute to replace with a pacifier, so I guess we'll just have to cut it off when he's 4 and it's not so cute anymore! : ) Time with Daddy is the best!

ISAAC...

• has been SLEEPING ALL NIGHT long this past month.
• is just the HAPPIEST little fella
• loves his THUMB!
• can sleep through just about anything
• loves to "TALK" and socialize
• LOVES his BROTHER.... Wyatt can just walk by and Isaac gets so excited
• loves to SPLASH in the bath tub... I think he's gonna love the swimming pool, although the water might be a bit colder! : )
• gets really excited and gets his arms and legs moving like he's going to fly!
• is so STRONG!!!
• is still a little baldy but he's finally getting a litte peach fuzz spike on the top of his head! He's got the same calics as Daddy and big bro... I think Isaac is gonna need some hair gel too!

Easter... Oh, Happy Day!!!!

Indeed it was a very HAPPY DAY celebrating the RESURRECTION of our SAVIOR and how He wiped our sin away...

We spent the afternoon with my extended fam and had an amazing time together just relaxing and soaking up the sunshine!

and have some guy time...

and learn to hula-hoop with the girls...

and he also got to bring home some tadpoles!!!
